Another feature of the new look website is that the minimum deposit for bingo players has been lowered to just £5 and players can use the PayPal payment method to deposit money.

In the 15 weeks to 15th December revenue intake stayed the same as the same period last year.  Its 5 percent rise in average spend was offset by a 5 percent fall in attendance.

Adam Rowland’s, Judge’s deputy manager told walesonline.co.uk, “We have staff here that have been in bingo for more than 40 years.  Philip McCarthy, Terry Hutchings, Philip May, Gwyneth Pothecary and I would like to make our 100th birthday a special occasion.

“I have been doing some research and have found some information about the hall’s history but I would like to hear from anyone who has any documents or pictures which I could use during the centenary celebrations.”

The News of the World Bingo has six different games. We have the original 90 and 75 ball bingo then we have a 80 ball bingo version, a game called Cinco, another one called Hamster Races and last but not least Battleships.

Now we all know about 90 and 75 ball bingo but 80 ball bingo is played with a few differences. You buy up to 4 cards which are 4×4 16 numbers in total. So out of that box you have to make a horizontal line first and then a full house. Since you only have two chances of winning the pots are obviously higher.

Cinco is pretty much with the same goal as bingo. You are given a row of 5 cards, you can buy as many rows as you like, then be the first one to cover all of your cards when they are called.
